Job Title: Senior Business Development Manager Golf Cart Division
Department: Sales & Business Development
Location: Bhubaneswar
Reports To: Sales Head
Job Summary
The Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market presence, and developing strategic partnerships for the Golf Cart division. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and achieving revenue targets in sectors such as resorts, hotels, airports, industries, townships, and institutions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for golf carts in target markets.
  • Generate leads through networking, field visits, and strategic partnerships.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
2. Client Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, dealers, and institutional buyers.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals.
3. Market Expansion
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
  • Identify potential markets such as resorts, gated communities, airports, factories, and campuses.
  • Expand dealer and distributor networks.
4. Sales Performance
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis.
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth order execution.
5. Team Leadership
  • Guide and support the sales team to improve performance.
  • Train junior sales executives on product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

  • MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred.
Experience
  • 4-7years of experience in Business Development or Sales.
  • Experience in electric vehicles, automotive, or golf cart industry will be an advantage.
