As Indian Country Manager, based in Jaipur city youll:

• Direct our 30+ person operation - Lead finance professionals organised under 4 team leaders, supported by a small established operations team
• Implement best-practice frameworks - Enhance our service delivery with structured management systems
• Drive operational excellence - Balance quality, efficiency and continuous improvement
• Build enduring client relationships - Transform our team into trusted financial partners for Australian businesses

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• 10+ years progressive leadership experience, preferably in financial services, BPO, or accounting environments
• Proven track record of building and leading high-performance teams of 20+ professionals
• CA/CMA preferred
• Strong understanding of business process outsourcing and management
• Exceptional English communication skills with demonstrated clarity and precision
