Role Overview
We are seeking aMarketing Specialistto lead marketing efforts forbusiness development in the US region. This role combinesdigital marketing, content creation, lead generation, and campaign executionto drive brand visibility and sales opportunities. You will collaborate with internal teams and external marketing agencies (in both the US and India) to execute multi-channel marketing plans that attract high-quality leads and position SmartRun as a thought leader in Smart Manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and executedigital marketing campaignsacross email, LinkedIn, and paid media to generate leads and build awareness in the US market.
- Conductmarket researchto identify customer segments, industry trends, and competitor positioning.
- Develop high-qualitymarketing and sales content(presentations, emails, blog posts, and case studies) tailored for US manufacturing clients.
- Manage coordination withmarketing agenciesin the US and India to ensure brand consistency and campaign efficiency.
- Support thesales teamby setting up meetings with targeted prospects and nurturing relationships throughout the buyer journey.
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to continuously optimize ROI.
- Promote SmartRuns expertise throughwebinars, events, and digital communities relevant to manufacturing and smart factory technologies.

- Bachelors degree inMarketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 35 yearsof experience inB2B marketing, ideally with exposure to theUS market.
- Proven ability toexecute marketing strategies, generate leads, and support sales objectives.
- Strongwritten and verbal communication skillsto engage confidently with international teams and clients.
- Proficiency withdigital marketing tools(HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, analytics platforms, etc.).
- Familiarity withmanufacturing and industrial automation sectorsis highly desirable.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to workacross multiple time zoneswith global teams.
