Job Description
Role Overview:
You will be working as a Loan Sales Executive in Chennai on a full-time basis. Your main responsibilities will include prospecting and qualifying potential clients, understanding their financial needs, and recommending suitable loan products. You will be expected to carry out daily sales activities such as cold calling, client meetings, and follow-ups to successfully close deals. Additionally, you will collaborate with the underwriting team to ensure a smooth loan processing and maintain strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and qualify potential clients
- Understand clients" financial needs and recommend suitable loan products
- Perform daily sales activities including cold calling, client meetings, and follow-ups
- Collaborate with the underwriting team for smooth loan processing
- Maintain long-term client relationships
Qualifications Required:
- Experience in Sales, Client Prospecting, and Relationship Management
- Knowledge of Loan Products, Financial Analysis, and Credit Evaluation
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in the financial services industry is required
