SMM - Social Media Manager (Remote)

We're expanding our content team and looking for Social Media Managers (SMM) to join long-term content projects alongside an established team. This role is ideal for someone who understands social platforms, growth strategies, and enjoys working in a structured, professional remote environment.

Role Overview:

• Remote position
• Part-time / Full-time
• Work on high-performing content for popular social media accounts
• Collaborate closely with content, design, and video editing teams

Responsibilities:

• Managing and growing social media accounts (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok etc.)
• 
  Publishing content according to a content plan
• Writing captions and adapting messaging for different platforms
• Monitoring engagement and responding when required
• Analyzing performance and suggesting improvements
• Coordinating with designers and editors to ensure content quality
• Making adjustments based on feedback and performance metrics

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience as an SMM or in social media management
• Strong understanding of social media trends and algorithms
• Experience with content planning and analytics
