About The Role:

Opkey is the industry leader in AI-driven test automation for Enterprise ERPs. Opkey continues to be the leader in developing Agentic AI solutions for enterprise application lifecycle management, we are looking for a high-octane Product Manager based in India to own the analysis, prioritization, and ensure alignment with development teams for our AI-native product suite.

Reporting directly to the VP of Product, you will be the bridge between customer pain points and our world-class engineering team. You won't just be managing a backlog; you will be defining how AI agents fundamentally change how companies like Oracle and Workday are tested and maintained.

What Youll Do:

- Drive the AI Roadmap: Translate the VPs global product strategy into detailed PRDs and user stories for our India-based engineering and data science teams.

- Product Roadmap and Alignment: Collaborate with our Product development leader to align on dates, ensure a clear roadmap, and prioritization that aligns to the demand from customers, and revenue opportunities as we expand product lines rapidly.

- Analyze trends and feedback on existing products: Work closely with VP of Product to have a seamless process to track customer requests, issues, and define scorecards for existing products and future products. Monitor products to ensure roadmap is aligned to retaining customers and expanding to add more capability to the platform.

- Bring the Vision to life: Ensure vision of product is clearly defined and shared with development team taking vision into clear direction. Work with VP of Product and Product development leader to ensure a clear roadmap aligned to sprints, with score cards, and justification on prioritization leveraging data, insights, and rating system.

- Data-Driven Leadership: Use BI analytics to monitor customer issues, enhancement requests, product adoption, ensuring we optimize existing products while we scale new product lines. Capture KPIs and business outcomes so we can inform marketing and sales.

What Were Looking For:

- Experience: 8+ years in Product Management, preferably within B2B SaaS, AI/ML, or Enterprise Software.

- AI Fluency: You understand the mechanics of LLMs/SLMs and prompt engineering. You can talk "model accuracy" with data scientists and "business value" with customers.

- Oracle or Workday Background: Prior experience with Oracle and Workday ecosystems is a must.

- The "Startup Sprint": Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where you manage the "Master Kanban" across multiple reporting lines.

- Communication: Exceptional English communication skills, as you will be the primary link between the US leadership and India execution teams.
