The Mandate

You will own the end-to-end product strategy and execution for the SMARTe user platform, driving revenue growth, enterprise adoption, and AI-led differentiation.

This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for platform vision, roadmap prioritization, product-market alignment, and cross-functional execution. This role reports to the SVP of Products & Growth and partners closely with the CEO on strategic initiatives.

What Youll Own?

• Product Management
• Define and evolve the long-term product vision, aligning with company growth strategy
• Lead AI-first platform transformation across workflows, data intelligence, and automation
• Translate market signals, competitive insights, and customer needs into product strategy
• Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers/Designers responsible for ensuring a world-class user experience across all platform components used by global customers
• Drive clear prioritization and strong alignment across product and engineering teams

• Revenue & Strategy
• Act as product champion in enterprise sales cycles and executive customer conversations
• Drive pricing, packaging, and value articulation in collaboration with Sales & Marketing

• Support SMARTes go-to-market strategy by aligning with Sales and Marketing teams
• Partner with the CEO to manage vendor relations, optimizing spend and efficiency

What are we looking for?

• You are a seasoned B2B product leader and self-starter with an AI-first mindset, and a strong understanding of B2B marketing and sales tools, systems, and workflows.
• Strong expertise in UX and product discovery practices, with a sharp understanding of how users interact with data, insights, and workflows within the platform.
• Experienced in partnering with global enterprise customers to drive adoption and growth, with flexibility to align work hours across time zones and travel across US/Europe
• Extensive experience leading product initiatives and driving cross-functional teams, with the ability to integrate efforts across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement structured, scalable processes that enable rapid experimentation while maintaining operational rigor.
