Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager based in Ahmedabad, with flexibility for some remote work. The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop relationships with potential clients, and manage strategic partnerships. Responsibilities include planning and implementing business development strategies, negotiating contracts, and working closely with cross-functional teams to meet business goals. The role also encompasses monitoring market trends and providing strategic insights to enhance organizational growth.

Qualifications
  • Strong business acumen, including lead generation, market research, and strategic planning.
  • Proven track record in client relationship building, networking, and partnership management.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in sales and business development, particularly within the software development industry.

  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to track performance and opportunities.

  • Previous experience in technology or software development services is highly desirable.
