Job Description
- As a Junior Product Analyst at SmartWinnr, you will play a crucial role in supporting the implementation and analysis of AI-powered product solutions for global clients. You will have the opportunity to work closely with internal stakeholders and clients from various regions, contributing to the setup and execution of Proof of Concepts (POCs) and ensuring effective delivery of solutions aligned with business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the setup and delivery of client-specific Proof of Concepts (POCs) in alignment with strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver quality-tested and data-driven POC deployments.
- Translate business requirements into actionable product configurations by working closely with internal stakeholders.
- Engage with global clients and internal teams to support solution delivery and feedback cycles.
- Analyze issues, identify patterns, and assist in troubleshooting during the POC phase to ensure customer satisfaction and solution effectiveness.
- Document insights, user feedback, and implementation data to contribute to product enhancement discussions and impact analysis.
Qualifications Required:
- Education: B.Tech, BCA, B.Sc, or equivalent degree in a related field.
- Professional Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Junior Product Analyst or in a similar role.
- Skills & Tools: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, ability to work with platforms like SmartWinnr, proficiency in Gmail, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Personal Attributes: Highly motivated self-starter with a strong sense of ownership, analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving capabilities, customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality support.
