Assistant Vice President, Corporate Legal (Treasury)

Role & responsibilities

• Provide legal guidance on all treasury borrowings (domestic and off-shore) from a variety of sources.
• Ability to structure treasury deals from a legal perspective, draft, negotiate and finalise transaction documents with counterparties.
• Comply with applicable laws and policies of the organization while closing the transactions.
• 
  Creating a framework for covenant tracking and finalising borrowing memos.
• Raising funds vide domestic and international loans and bonds.
• Assignment of standard and non-standard assets.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, partners, and service providers, ensuring alignment with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Manage agreements related to technology licensing, data sharing, and vendor relationships.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, data protection laws and industry standards.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum- 7 years of experience Relevant- 5 years in lending business Industry: NBFC/BFSI
