Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Proficient in Python with strong credit risk and BFSI domain knowledge, including experience with banks, NBFCs, or FinTechs.
- Build AI/ML models for credit originations, behaviour, and collections using techniques such as linear/logistic regression, boosting, and bagging.
- Apply solid understanding of scikit-learn and statsmodels for model development.
- Work extensively with bureau data for analytics and modelling.
- Develop frameworks for model validation, monitoring, and documentation.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Demonstrate strong technical skills in Python, PySpark, SQL, and Git.
- Communicate insights clearly with strong presentation skills for senior stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience

- 2 - 6 years of data science experience in BFSI (Banking, NBFC, FinTech preferred).
- Strong technical skills in Python, PySpark, SQL, and Git.
- Hands-on experience in credit risk analytics and AI/ML model development.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
