Reporting & Analysis (Top Priority)

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports with clear insights
• Track essential campaign metrics: CPR, ROAS, AOV, CTR, CVR, Hook Rate, Hold Rate, and drop-offs
• Analyze ad-level data (creative hooks, headlines, audience segments) to identify top-performing elements

Campaign Strategy Support

• Assist in building full-funnel campaign structures, including awareness, retargeting, and upselling
• Plan and support A/B testing and creative scaling experiments
• Contribute ideas for new positioning angles and creative hooks

Google Ads Execution (Mandatory)

• Set up and manage campaigns across Search, Performance Max, and Display
• Conduct keyword research, analyze search term reports, and optimize bids
• Align creatives and landing pages with campaign goals and targeting strategy

Meta Ads Support (Basic Execution Required)

• Assist in uploading creatives and maintaining Meta campaigns
• Monitor performance and coordinate with content and design teams for creative feedback
