Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Dentist at SmyleXL, located in Mumbai. The Associate Dentist will be responsible for performing dental examinations, diagnosing dental conditions, creating treatment plans, and executing a variety of dental procedures. Daily tasks include patient consultations, conducting dental surgeries, preventive and restorative care, and maintaining accurate patient records.

Qualifications

• Dentistry skills: Proficiency in general and advanced dental procedures, including diagnostics, restorative, and surgical treatments
• Patient care skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide effective patient counseling and care
• Technical skills: Familiarity with dental technology and equipment, including X-ray and imaging tools
• Administrative skills: Ability to maintain accurate patient records and manage time efficiently
