Job Description
- As an Executive Site Merchandiser with 13 years of experience in online merchandising roles, you will be responsible for online visual merchandising activities, focusing on app and web merchandising, product listings, content optimization, and execution. Your primary objective will be to enhance customer engagement and drive conversions through the creation of engaging digital shopping experiences.
Your key responsibilities will include owning the listing, onboarding, and optimization of products and brands across app & web, building and managing online product displays, banners, and category pages for promotional campaigns and seasonal events, executing online merchandising strategies to improve product discoverability and conversion rates, managing and optimizing product data for consistency and accuracy, collaborating with internal teams for campaign planning and performance tracking, conducting audits of live pages to maintain visual and content hygiene, and utilizing Excel and data tools for product-related content analysis and upload at scale.
To excel in this role, you should possess strong experience in e-commerce platforms, proficiency in Excel including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, formulas, and pivot tables, hands-on experience with product content, visual merchandising for web/app, and analytics, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail, effective communication skills, strong team player with ownership skills, comfort with ambiguity, and eagerness to contribute to a growing and dynamic team.

It would be advantageous if you have experience working with tools like CMS or content upload systems, exposure to D2C/e-commerce brands, marketplaces, or online-only platforms.
