Operations Manager - Warehouse Management

What role you will play in team: You will oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring efficiency and productivity.

What you will do: You will manage warehouse staff, optimize processes, and maintain inventory accuracy.

Key responsibility:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
• Manage and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
• Optimize warehouse layout and processes to maximize efficiency and productivity.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks.
• 
  Manage warehouse equipment and ensure its proper maintenance.
• Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track warehouse performance.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or related field.
• Proven experience in warehouse management.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in warehouse management software.
• Knowledge of inventory management techniques.
