Customer Support Executive

Job role

• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through regular communication and personalised service.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions, products, or services.
• Handle client inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
• Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and identify new business opportunities.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Marketing) to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and industry trends.
• Prepare reports on client interactions, feedback, and service issues for management review.
• Support the sales team in upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on client needs.
• Ensure client retention through proactive engagement and service excellence.

• Post Graduate / Graduate
