Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Sales Executive and Business Development Executive. The individual in this role will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, understanding client needs, and providing relevant solutions. Daily tasks will include market research, outreach to potential clients, sales presentations, and negotiation of contracts. Additionally, the executive will work closely with the service delivery team to ensure client satisfaction and to meet company revenue targets.
Qualifications
  • Educational Qualification: Masters degree in Life science, Genomics, Genetics, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.

    Experience in Genomics: Experience or knowledge in the genomics field is highly advantageous..
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a fast-paced startup environment and manage multiple priorities.
