Graphic Designer - BFA / MFA | BA

Work Location: Jigani Link Road, Bommasandra, Bangalore

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality creatives for digital marketing campaigns, brand initiatives, and promotional activities
• Create premium social media content including posts, carousels, stories, banners, and thumbnails for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Edit short-form marketing videos such as reels, shorts, promotional edits, and brand-led visual stories
• Support video production through basic footage handling, selection, and post-production edits
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and strategy teams to translate campaign concepts into visually compelling assets
• Adapt designs across multiple formats while maintaining brand consistency and luxury aesthetics
• Manage multiple projects and meet campaign timelines with precision and attention to detail
• Stay updated with design trends, social media formats, and premium digital content practices

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelors degree in fine arts (BFA) or equivalent, preferably in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or Multimedia.

Core BFA / Artistic Skills:

• Drawing and sketching for concept ideation and visual storytelling.
• Strong understanding of color theory, composition, layout, and proportion.
• Mastery of typography and ability to create readable and visually appealing text designs.
• Aesthetic judgment and ability to create luxury/premium visuals.
• Conceptual thinking and ability to translate ideas into designs.
• Attention to detail and precision in all creative outputs.
• Ability to adapt artistic skills across digital and print media.

Technical / Digital Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and/or After Effects for video editing and motion graphics.
• Familiarity with Figma or Canva is a plus.
• Understanding of social media formats and marketing-focused design.

Marketing & Professional Skills:

• Understanding of branding, marketing storytelling, and campaign-focused design.
• Ability to collaborate with marketing, content, and strategy teams.
• Experience creating content for digital advertising platforms. Photography or on-site video capturing experience. Motion graphics or subtle animation skills.
