Job Description
- As an Associate Group Head in Content Strategy, you will play a crucial role in creating innovative and engaging content for various brands across different industries. Your expertise in digital marketing trends and deep understanding of social media content will be key in driving brand awareness and promotions. Your knack for words and keen eye for detail will ensure that the content you create is not only creative but also aligns with the brand's tone and messaging.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write compelling copies for a diverse range of brands, from OTT shows to financial institutions
- Develop and execute content strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement
- Generate new and trending ideas for content across different platforms
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging content for the target audience
- Coordinate with various teams to pitch to potential clients and onboard them
- Curate, manage, and optimize content on multiple digital platforms
- Ensure adherence to systems and processes while identifying opportunities for improvement
- Research and capitalize on trending social media trends to benefit the brands
- Maintain brand tonality while creating content and contribute to a fun and engaging work environment
Qualifications Required:

- 6 to 8 years of experience in digital marketing and content creation
- Proven track record of managing and leading content writers in a digital agency
- Strong command over English and Hindi grammar
- Ability to understand client briefs and translate them into creative solutions
- In-depth knowledge of social media content consumption patterns
Additionally, your role will involve cracking some witty jokes along with consuming them, showcasing your creativity and humor in the content you produce.,
