Job Description

What role you will play in team: Support the investment team in sourcing, evaluating and executing private equity investments.

What you will do: Conduct due diligence, financial modeling, and assist in closing transactions.

Key responsibility:

  • Conduct financial due diligence on potential investments.
  • Develop and maintain financial models.
  • Prepare investment memos and presentations.
  • Support the deal team in the negotiation and closing of transactions.
  • Monitor portfolio company performance.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Required Qualification and Skills:

  • MBA or Master's degree in Finance or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in private equity or investment banking.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Understanding of private equity investment strategies.
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
