Job Description

What role you will play in team:You will manage a portfolio of private equity investments, actively monitoring performance and making strategic decisions.

What you will do: You will work closely with portfolio companies, track key performance indicators (KPIs) and support fundraising activities.

Key responsibility:

  • Monitoring the performance of a portfolio of private equity investments.
  • Working with portfolio companies to support their growth and development.
  • Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and preparing regular reports.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to maximize portfolio returns.
  • Participating in fundraising activities.
  • Conducting periodic reviews of investments and recommending adjustments as needed.

Required Qualification and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in private equity, investment management, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets and investment strategies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage investments and build relationships with portfolio companies.
