- Hands-on knowledge ofsocialmediamarketing

- Experience working in a digital marketing agency

- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

Job Responsibilities

• Develop engaging social media strategies.
• Manage social media platforms of the organization and our clients.

• Researching appropriate hashtags and accounts to tag and optimize each content piece effectively.
• Scheduling social media posts at the optimal time of day.
• Engaging followers with regular company/client updates.
• Creating brand awareness to gain audience attention.
• Responding to the comments on social media on time.
• Monitoring social media metrics and ROI.
• Analyzing social media trends.
• Find Social media influencers and engage with them to find collaborations.
• Preparing social media engagement and activities reports.
• Coordinating with the Graphic Designer and other team members.
• Staying up to date with the latest social media advertising efforts and goals.
• Maintaining a secure database of all login credentials.
• Remaining abreast of changes to all pertinent social media applications.
• Exploring the potential value of social media sites and strategies that are not yet in our repertoire.
• Use AI Tools to improve productivity

Position Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Communication, Marketing, or a related field.

  Get Hired
  Proven work experience as a Social Media Analyst, Social Media Strategist, Social Media Executive, or a similar position for at least 1 year.
• Demonstrate the ability to understand the engagement metrics and KPIs.
• Excellent knowledge of research requirements for social media strategy.
• Sound knowledge of social media scheduling platforms such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and others.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize them.
• In-depth understanding of various social media platforms and their algorithm changes.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• A keen eye for details.

Job Timings: 6:00 pm IST to 2:30 am IST

Work Days: Monday to Friday
