Medical Coder ||Team Lead || SME || Trainer || Hyd

We are looking for experienced HCC Medical Coding Professionals to join our team as Team Leads, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and Trainers.
The ideal candidates will have in-depth knowledge of HCC Risk Adjustment coding, the CMS-HCC and Rx-HCC models, and strong leadership or mentoring experience.

Role & responsibilities

• Review and code medical records accurately based on CMS Risk Adjustment guidelines.
  
• Audit and monitor coding quality and compliance across the team.
  
• Guide, mentor, and train medical coders to ensure high accuracy and productivity.
  
• Conduct refresher and onboarding training sessions for new coders.
  
• Stay updated on CMS-HCC/Rx-HCC model changes, ICD-10 updates, and payer guidelines.
  
• Ensure coding compliance with HIPAA and AAPC/CDC standards.
  
• 
  Collaborate with quality and operations teams to meet client SLAs.
  
• Provide performance feedback and process improvement inputs.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience:
  
• Minimum 1 to 4 years of experience in HCC Medical Coding.
  
• Prior experience as Team Lead, SME, or Trainer preferred.
  
• Certifications: CPC / CRC / COC / CCS (Preferred, not mandatory).
