About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and technically sound HR Recruiter with a solid background in US Staffing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of hiring across a diverse set of roles, including but not limited to US IT Recruiters, Account Managers, Accounts Executives, Invoicing Specialists, AR/AP Specialists, and other critical support positions.
As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, sourcing top-tier candidates, and ensuring a seamless onboarding process for remote professionals across India supporting our US-based operations.
Shift: 4 PM to 1 AM IST - Remote
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for various US-based roles across departments (IT, Finance, Operations).
Source, screen, interview, and onboard qualified candidates for roles including:
- US IT Recruiters
- Account Managers
- Account Executives
- Invoicing Specialists
- Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable (AR/AP) staff
- Other cross-functional roles as needed.
- Utilize various sourcing channels such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Monster, internal databases, and employee referrals.
- Conduct initial HR screening and evaluate technical and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand job requirements and deliver suitable profiles quickly.
- Maintain recruitment data, generate reports, and track hiring progress through ATS or spreadsheets.
- Drive process improvement, candidate experience, and onboarding efficiency.
- Stay updated with industry trends in US staffing and remote workforce strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of HR recruitment experience in a US Staffing Company.
- Proven expertise in hiring for US-based roles within India.

- Technically strong with a good understanding of IT and non-IT terminologies.
- Strong knowledge of full recruitment lifecycle and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring deadlines.
- Comfortable working remotely and independently.
- Proficiency with recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, ATS, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree.
- Experience hiring for internal roles for Staffing Company.
- Familiarity with US work culture, time zones, and compliance-related nuances.
