Job Description
To be responsible for the procurement of commodities through the development and implementation of commodity strategies plans and the management of supplier relationships. Other areas of responsibility include price negotiation, forecasting, inventory planning.

- Utilise Excel for data analysis and reporting related to procurement activities.
- Effectively manage relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Communicate with suppliers, users, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth procurement processes.
- Manage Purchase Order (PO) creation, approval, and issuance in accordance with company policy and terms and conditions.
- Implement procurement strategy and policies.
- Forecast procurement needs.
- Monitor macro trends in the supplier and contract base and implement plans to react.
- Prepare detailed reports on procurement activities, supplier performance, and cost analysis.
- Ensure supplier compliance with site and company requirements for safety.
- Help to lower costs through negotiation and securing agreements.
- Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong vendor management skills.
