Role And Responsibilities
As a Junior Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in performing data analysis on large volumes of data to identify trends and/or data processing rules. You will be a valued member of our core analytics team, responsible for generating weekly and monthly sales/marketing reports on a gross and net basis, as well as other ad hoc reports. Your insights and analysis will contribute to optimizing marketing spend, improving conversions, understanding student preferences, and evaluating investments and channels. Additionally, you will prepare reports and dashboards for various business functions and ensure that important business metrics are tracked.
Candidate Qualifications
To be considered for this position, you should possess the following qualifications:

• 
  Any Graduate degree
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data
• Good hands-on experience with Advanced Excel & SQL
• Extensive experience in creating live dashboards, reporting, data manipulation, and making flat tables in SQL
• Knowledge of Python/R
• Natural curiosity and self-drive to understand the broader business and provide appropriate reporting support
• High ownership, self-starter mindset, and adaptability to a constantly-changing and fast-growing environment
