Job Description
- As a Consultant Psychologist at SoftMind Wellness Private Limited in Panampilly Nagar, Kochi, you will be responsible for conducting psychological assessments and therapy sessions for clients. Your role will involve providing individual, group, and family counseling tailored to meet the specific needs of each client. Additionally, you will be expected to implement Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and other evidence-based interventions to support client well-being.
In this position, it is crucial to maintain accurate client records while strictly adhering to ethical and confidentiality guidelines. You will collaborate closely with psychiatrists, counselors, and other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients. Developing personalized treatment plans, monitoring progress, and conducting mental health awareness workshops and wellness programs will also be part of your responsibilities.
To qualify for this role, you should have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in psychotherapy or counseling. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to handle diverse psychological conditions with professionalism. Fluency in English and Malayalam is preferred for effective communication with clients.
