Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Associate Data Scientist at SoftSensor.ai, located in Gurugram with flexibility for remote work. The Associate Data Scientist will be responsible for conducting statistical modelling, data pre-processing, and data analysis to support SoftSensor.ais analytical methods and improve products. They will develop objectives and evaluate the results of experiments using statistical methodology and communicate results, recommendations, and insights to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelors/Masters Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related fields
• 1-2 years of experience in data analytics, statistical modeling or related fields
• Excellent understanding of machine learning and data science concepts (regression, classification, clustering, etc.)

Get Hired
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and experience in data querying using SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar
• Experience working with large datasets
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey technical information to non-technical audiences
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team
• Experience with deep learning, neural networks, and natural language processing is a plus
