We are Expanding our inside Sales/Sales team for US Market and looking for enthusiastic and networked smart people to join us to grow together.

Experience in IT Services Sales: 8- 10 Years in US market

Area of services: Digital Engineering/Transformation, Data Analytics and Solutions, Cloud Managed Services.

Location: Coimbatore

About the Role

  • We are seeking a results-driven Inside Sales/Business Development Manager to lead revenue growth in the United States market for our IT software services and platforms.
  • This role is suited for professionals with strong experience selling technology services or solutions to US-based enterprise and mid-market & start-up clients.
  • You will manage the complete sales lifecycle - from prospecting through deal closure - and collaborate closely with leadership, pre-sales, and delivery teams to build long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive New Business Acquisition in the US market for IT software services and platforms
  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle including prospecting, discovery, solution design, proposals, negotiations, and closure

  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through outbound efforts, inbound leads, partner channels, and referrals
  • Work closely with pre-sales and delivery teams to ensure solution alignment and customer success

Required Experience & Skills

  • Proven senior-level experience in B2B technology sales targeting US customers
  • Experience selling IT services including Digital Transformation, Data Solutions/Engineering, AI/ML, Cloud, platform-based solutions.
  • Strong understanding of consultative and solution-based selling
  • A team player and also an Individual contributor
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
