Job Description
- The Enablement Intelligence Analyst is responsible for publishing Business reports to Enablement leaders on key Business and Customer Experience Metrics to enable Real-time decision making.
- The analyst would also be responsible for Monitoring KPIs of people that attended specific training in order to determine training effectiveness: correlation between course completion and performance of trainees
- The Analyst will need to acquire data from primary and secondary data sources, pull data from various systems and review data for building required reports and analysis.
- Individuals will be expected to act as primary resource for the Enablement leaders to create and provide needed excels / BI reports with some direction but minimal supervision - Gathering requirements for enablement dashboards, designing the data/reporting structure and coordinating implementation and launch with the BI team
- This role also includes heavy data manipulation and data combination to enable reporting to assist the greater executive management team in understanding their business performance and help with Project prioritization through Training Need Analysis.
- The Lead analyst will also have the added responsibility of similar responsibilities working across multiple Lines of Business - At this point of time to also include tracking primary metrics and leading discussions with key stakeholders across the Field Support Service areas that deal with Critical customer escalations with an aim to highlight the gaps in support that cause customer escalations
- Run daily, monthly and quarterly Business KPI reports with key insights for enablement practices & New Hire Performance & Mandatory Course Completion across Service Delivery teams
- Similarly run quarterly reporting, analysis and insights for critical customer escalations - engaging with key stakeholders for derived insights and action plans
- Acquire data from primary and secondary data sources and represent data via PowerPoint, Excel or other tools
- Helps design monthly and quarterly dashboards for senior management
- Responsible for exploratory data analysis, pulling data from various systems and review data for building required reports.
- Analyze and manage data for metrics for senior management and executives: Identifying opportunities for training needs through analysis of employee KPI data
- Monitoring KPIs of people that attended specific training in order to determine training effectiveness: correlation between course completion and performance of trainees
- Provide inputs to enable leaders to prioritize Projects based on real-time customers and employee performance data
- Gathering requirements for enablement dashboards, designing the data/reporting structure and coordinating implementation and launch with the BI team
- Drive standardization and automation of current reporting portfolio, including developing new and unique reporting capabilities that will assist management in measuring the business.
- Expert level of expertise using Microsoft Office suite.
- Expert Excel with strong technical ability to automate Reports (Pivots, Vlookups, Macros)
- Comprehensive knowledge of statistics as applied in a business/support environment.
- Strong oral and written communications skills
- Ability to represent data in different ways that will appeal to audiences at different levels
- Ability to work effectively with a variety of organization, management levels, cultures, and personalities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks manage conflicting priorities and to complete assignments under aggressive time constraints with minimal supervision
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Science, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or similar field or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of experience with 5+ years in reporting with excel and at least 3 years analysis and presentation of derived insights
- Fluent in written and verbal English.
- Nice to have - Experience working in a support environment with a focus on Training Need Analysis
