Description:
- providing templates for interview questions, feedback etc
- Actively reporting to FDO leadership on recruiting process, risks and issues
- Working with teams to problem solves recruitment risks and help ease recruitment pressure (i.e. propose new ways of working to streamline)
- Work with recruitment team and local COOs to market for mobility
- Help screen CVs Provide consolidated feedback to candidates
- Partnering with Talent Acquisition team, FDO and regional recruitment to accelerate recruitment and problem solve against any risks
- Project Manager experience in recruitment
- Best practices, how to consolidate, interviews, track feedback from interviews, create a pipeline with all the roles (DO-er role)
- Recruiting and Reporting
- Interviews, s, Organizational skills
- Experience in technical recruitment
- Help screening CV, best practices
- Work with senior leads and stakeholders

You have: (must-have skills)
- Motivated individual - self-starting, not just strategic but will get involved in problem solving and completing the analysis, increasing recruitment activity
- Experienced skill-set in Project Management, reporting and influencing
- Experience recruiting for technical roles
- Experience streamlining the recruitment process i.e. proposing interview structures, questions, timelines, proposing interviewers etc
