Senior Atlassian Engineer (d/f/m) At Solaris

You will be working as an Atlassian Support Engineer in Solaris TechOps department, and hence your contribution will be crucial in keeping our internal systems up and running. You will be tasked with building a thoroughly monitored and well-maintained infrastructure which provides the necessary tooling for our internal processes. You will set up our systems for performance and resilience, and help steer our internal providers who take care of of our hardware and office infrastructure. On top of that, you will consult your fellow solarians on selection and introduction of new applications.
Your Role

• Administration and maintenance of our Atlassian Jira and Confluence instances.
• Support our Banking Operations teams by suitable Jira project setups including automation, e.g. for ticket creating.
• Providing trainings about Atlassian products and best practices.
• Designing custom solutions to meet business needs.
• Reviewing, refining and improving existing Atlassian processes.
• Supporting fellow solarians to use the Atlassian products.

• You have deep knowledge and proven experiences in administrating/maintaining the Atlassian products Jira ,Confluence and Ideally you have an Atlassian certification .
• You have profound experience with AWS.

• You&aposve worked with multiple types of database, webservers and Atlassian plugins.
• You understand agile workflows and lean principles.
• You have solid experience on setting up monitoring solutions.
• You communicate well in written and verbal English.
