Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Vision:
- Define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with the companys strategic goals.
- Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
- Prioritize initiatives to maximize business impact, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align product strategy with company objectives.
Product Portfolio Management:
- Oversee the entire product portfolio, ensuring alignment with company goals and market demands.
- Evaluate product performance, including revenue contribution, market share, and customer adoption.
- Make strategic decisions about product enhancements, retirements, or new launches.
- Ensure coherence and synergy across all products and offerings.
Customer & Market Focus:
- Serve as the voice of the customer, understanding needs, feedback, and pain points to inform product decisions.
- Conduct regular market research, surveys, and customer interviews to validate product strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders to ensure products remain relevant.
Leadership & Team Development:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the product management team to foster a high-performance, collaborative culture.
- Set clear objectives, track progress, and ensure accountability within the team.

- Promote a culture of innovation, creativity, and continuous improvement within the product organization.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Operations, and Finance to ensure alignment and successful product execution.
- Facilitate communication between internal stakeholders to prioritize initiatives, allocate resources, and manage dependencies.
- Support Sales and Marketing teams with product positioning, go-to-market strategy, and messaging.
Performance & Business Impact:
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for product performance and business impact.
- Monitor product adoption, customer satisfaction, and revenue contribution, and take corrective action as required.
- Ensure that all products contribute to company growth, profitability, and competitive advantage
