Job Title : Technical HubSpot Specialist
Job Location : Hyderabad/Hybrid
Experience : 4+ Years
Work Hours : 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical HubSpot Specialist to support the setup, optimization, and ongoing management of our HubSpot CRM platform. This role requires hands-on expertise in HubSpot configuration, workflow automation, reporting, and technical documentation to improve marketing, sales, and customer success operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and implement HubSpot CRM, including onboarding, integrations, and platform customization
- Build and maintain automated workflows for lead nurturing, sales processes, and customer engagement
- Develop dashboards and reports to track pipeline performance, marketing ROI, and operational KPIs
- Manage data quality, CRM structure, and user permissions across teams
- Create clear documentation for HubSpot processes, workflows, and internal user guides
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to ensure HubSpot supports business goals
- Troubleshoot technical issues and recommend platform improvements.
Must Have & Desired Skills: Required Qualifications:

- Proven experience implementing and managing HubSpot (Marketing, Sales, and/or Service Hubs).
- Strong expertise in HubSpot workflow automation and CRM best practices.
- Experience creating advanced HubSpot reports, dashboards, and analytics.
- Ability to produce detailed technical documentation and process guides.
- Strong understanding of CRM data structure, lifecycle stages, and lead management.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- HubSpot certifications (Admin, Marketing Ops, Sales Ops).
- Experience with integrations (Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, Zapier, etc.).
Education: Bachelor’s Degree /PG.
