Job Description

JOB TITLE: HR ExecutivePOSITION TYPE: Full-TimeREPORTING TO: Group HR ManagerOverviewWere looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented HR Executive based in Dubai, with solid experience in visa processing, payroll, insurance administration, and employee engagement.The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.), and can work independently with minimal supervision and and is comfortable using HR systems and tech tools to keep operations accurate and organized. This is a hands-on role, not just coordination were looking for someone who takes ownership, manages multiple HR functions efficiently, and ensures smooth day-to-day operations.Responsibilities
  • Handle end-to-end visa processing (applications, renewals, cancellations) and liaise with government authorities.
  • Manage payroll preparation and data accuracy, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws.
  • Oversee employee insurance administration, including enrollments, renewals, and claims.
  • Handle petty cash related to HR expenses and maintain accurate tracking and monitoring of HR costs.
  • Prepare and analyze HR data and reports using Excel (advanced formulas, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
  • Support recruitment and onboarding processes as needed.
  • Maintain organized and confidential employee files and documentation.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities such as sports, wellness, and team events.
  • Coordinate and organize training sessions and development programs.
  • Assist with performance reviews and HR operational processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor laws.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong, hands-on experience in visa processing within the UAE (mandatory).
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, etc.).
  • Experience with HR systems, HRIS platforms, or similar tools comfortable managing data and reporting.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage priorities with minimal supervision.

  • Experience managing petty cash, HR expenses, and budget tracking.
  • With background in employee engagement programs (sports, wellness, training, social events).
  • Well-rounded HR operations experience including payroll, insurance, and general HR administration.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional, discreet, and highly detail-oriented.
