Junior Social Media Account Executive

Solvable Creations is a content-first creative agency focused on storytelling, social media content, and narrative-driven brand campaigns. We work with brands and founders to create content that connects with people, not just algorithms.

This role is ideal for someone at the early stage of their social media career who wants real agency exposure and fast learning.

We are looking for a Junior Social Media Account Executive who will support account managers in executing day-to-day social media activities. This role is hands-on and detail-oriented, involving coordination, scheduling, basic reporting, and smooth execution across multiple client accounts.

You will learn how brands are managed from the inside and gradually take on more ownership.

Social Media Execution

• Assist in managing daily social media activities for assigned clients
• Schedule posts across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Ensure content is posted on time and in the correct formats
• Handle basic platform checks such as captions, tags, hashtags, and links

Coordination & Follow-ups

• Coordinate with content writers, designers, and video editors
• 
  Track content status, approvals, and revisions
• Follow up internally and externally to keep timelines on track

Reporting & Support

• Assist in preparing basic performance reports
• Track engagement, reach, and content response
• Support account managers with documentation and client updates

Learning & Growth

• Observe content strategy discussions and ideation sessions
• Learn how narratives, formats, and campaigns are planned
• Gradually take ownership of smaller accounts or content buckets

Experience & Skills

• 6 months to 1 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or content roles

(Freshers with strong interest in social media are welcome)

• Basic understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, and short-form video platforms
• Good communication and coordination skills
