- About Us:** Taxom India is a very early stage Fintech startup revolutionizing the tax compliance space. We are seeking a talented and motivated Software Engineer Intern to join our team. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work on designing and developing the user interface and user experience of our companys products using modern web technologies (currently, we use Next.js and TypeScript). Your expertise will play a crucial role in creating an exceptional digital experience and driving business growth. *Responsibilities:** 1. **UI/UX Design and Development:** - Design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for our website. - Develop responsive, interactive, and engaging UI components using Next.js and TypeScript. - Ensure seamless user experience across various devices and browsers. 2. **SEO Optimization:** - Implement SEO best practices to optimize the website for search engines. - Conduct keyword research and incorporate relevant keywords into the. website content. - Optimize meta tags, titles, and descriptions to improve search engine rankings. 3. **Code Quality and Maintenance:** - Write clean, modular, and reusable code adhering to industry standards. - Participate in code reviews to ensure a high-quality codebase. - Troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring timely resolution. 4. **Collaboration and Communication:** - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, backend, and product. - Communicate technical requirements and solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 5. **Professional Development:** - Stay current with the latest developments in Next.js, TypeScript, and frontend technologies. - Participate in training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge. *Requirements:** 1. **Education:** - Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
