Job Description
- Extensive experience in IT/ ITES industry in running the Technology Infrastructure
- Working experience in managing multiple vendors in ensuring delivery of SLA driven services.
- Strong working knowledge in managing, developing, and implementing IT Service Management processes, methodologies and tools.
- Extensive experience on Incident Management ,Service Request, Problem and Change Management
- Excellent presentation skills , including executive management presentations skills.
- Proven leadership, communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Ability to effectively measure, manage and improve CSAT.
- Draw service improvement plans (SIPs) and execute them.
- Excellent organizational and problem solving skills.
- Ability to research, analyze and report customer requirements.
- Ability to communicate technical issues effectively with individuals of varying levels of technical experience and with Information Systems personnel at all levels
- Able to provide real-time feedback and guidance to the team
- Drive collaboration, Get it done/Make it Happen mentality
- Digital capabilities/mindset, Lean & Agile
