Job Description
- As a Data-Analytics professional at Sopra Banking Software in the R&D team at Noida location, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of finance by being part of one of the world's fastest-growing fintechs. **Key Responsibilities:**
- Responsible for the Analytics solution architecture, focusing on non-functional elements such as performance, security, scalability, and availability.
- Ability to interpret high-level requirements from Product Managers / Product Owners and propose suitable solutions.
- Identify design risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Take long-term quality ownership of the Analytics solution.
- Evaluate new technology needs for the platform based on business requirements or improvement context.
- Make decisions on key strategic topics.
- Mentor junior team members on design philosophy and emphasize continuous improvement in code quality.
**Qualifications Required:**
- Bachelor's or higher engineering degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent additional professional experience.
- 5 years of experience in delivering solutions based on Spark and open source technologies as an enterprise architect in global organizations.
- 12-15 years of industry experience in design, development, deployments, operations, and managing technical solutions' non-functional perspectives.
**Skills Required:**
- Deep technical expertise in designing cloud solutions for Data Analytics.
- Proficiency in Spark, MongoDB, and tools like Filebeat, Kafka Connect, Atlas Search, Power BI.
- Data modeling experience in Relational and NoSQL databases.
- Knowledge of Kubernetes and experience with CICD pipelines.
- Strong Agile methodology experience.
- Hands-on experience with Data visualization.
In this role, you will build software products for banking and financing institutions in a collaborative, non-hierarchical, and agile R&D environment. You will provide vision and leadership for the technology roadmap of products, define technical software architectures, engage in product development end-to-end, and continuously improve internal software architecture processes and technology.
