Were seeking an experienced Freelance Growth Marketing Specialist to sit at the intersection of creative design, performance marketing, and growth strategy. You will lead the design and execution of high-converting visual assets used in campaigns, landing pages, and email marketing.

Youll work cross-functionally with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners to build and execute a project plan that aligns with operational goals and timelines.

YOULL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

Growth Strategy

• Plan and execute growth marketing strategies across digital channels (e.g., Meta, Google Ads, email).
• Define conversion funnels, user journeys, and KPIs to measure and improve effectiveness.
• Lead A/B testing and experimentation strategies to optimize conversion rates across: visuals, messaging, UX tweaks
• Develop design hypotheses and execute data-driven iterations
• Help define visual strategies for different user segments and funnels
• Work closely with stakeholders to maintain compliance standards, particularly in regulated industries like healthcare (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR).
• Coordinate with external CRO experts or partners as needed.

IDEALLY, YOULL HAVE:

• 4+ years in growth marketing, performance marketing, or user acquisitionideally in Healthtech, SaaS, or consumer apps.
• Proven track record in managing paid campaigns that generated measurable revenue growth.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools and prompts to accelerate marketing and creative tasks.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, CRO, and user behavior.
• Experience running A/B tests and interpreting performance data.
• Familiarity with analytics platforms and marketing automation tools.
• Experience managing budgets and optimizing paid media spend across channels

• Experience working with designers on creative briefs and feedback.
• Familiarity with tools like Webflow, Unbounce, HubSpot.
• Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing strategies.
