FOUNDRY PLANT MANAGER

We are seeking a Foundry Plant Manager to lead and optimize all industrial operations at our production site.

Reporting directly to the General Management, your main mission will be to ensure the plant’s industrial performance, safety, quality, and profitability, while managing and motivating the operational teams.

Main Responsibilities

·        Define and implement the plant’s industrial strategy in line with the objectives set by General Management.

·        Supervise and coordinate all activities related to production, maintenance, quality, logistics, and HSE.

·        Optimize manufacturing processes to ensure productivity, quality, and cost reduction.

·        Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (safety, environment, quality).

·        Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs): Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), productivity, scrap rate, delivery times.

·        Lead, motivate, and develop the skills of teams (department heads, supervisors, operators).

·        Represent the plant before local authorities, institutions, and partners.

Profile Required

·        Engineering degree in metallurgy, mechanical engineering, materials science, or equivalent.

·        Proven industrial management experience (minimum 10 years), ideally in foundry or steelmaking.

·        Strong knowledge of foundry processes (melting, molding, heat treatment, machining).

·        Expertise in managing multidisciplinary teams and leading change.

·        Solid background in HSE and continuous improvement (Lean, Kaizen, 5S).

·        Strong analytical skills, rigor, and sound decision-making.
