We are looking for an experienced Advocate to represent the company in legal matters, provide legal counsel, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:.
Represent the company in court, arbitration, and legal hearings.
Advise on legal issues related to business operations, IP, contracts, and dispute resolution.
Draft legal documents and contracts to safeguard company interests.
Required Qualifications:.
2+ years of experience as an advocate or litigation lawyer.
Strong understanding of corporate, contract, and intellectual property law.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
