We are looking for an HR Analyst to analyze and interpret HR data to help drive organizational effectiveness. You will work closely with HR and leadership teams to identify trends, improve HR processes, and provide data-driven insights that enhance decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze HR metrics and provide insights on employee performance, turnover, and engagement.
• Generate reports and dashboards to track key HR indicators.
• Assist in workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development initiatives.
• Identify trends and recommend actionable solutions to improve HR strategies.
• Support HR programs by providing data-driven recommendations and insights.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as an HR Analyst or in a data-driven HR role.
• Strong proficiency in HR software and data analysis tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

NOTE: Pay will vary by project and typically is up to Rs. 1200 per hour (if you work an average of 3 hours every day - that could be as high as Rs 90K per month) once you clear our screening process.
