We are a startup based in San Francisco and Hyderabad, founded by alumnus of IIT Bombay and IIM Ahmedabad. Our strong founding team includes graduates from IITs, NITs, BITS, and IIITs.

We specialize in enhancing AI models through Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF) and supervised fine-tuning. Deccan AI serves as our client-facing entity, enabling us to get the projects from global tech giants like Google, Meta, OpenAI etc. While Soul AI handles data delivery for these initiatives. With a network of over 300K+ freelancers, Soul AI ensures the curation of high-quality datasets through rigorous quality checks.

Who are we looking for

We are looking for Investment Bankers who are ready to apply their expertise in training AI models like ChatGPT or new models from Open AI, Gemini, Llama etc. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge AI development while maintaining full flexibility in how, where, and for how long you work.

We are seeking professionals who fit the following profiles:

• Individuals ona career break seeking engagement in the AI industry.
• Professionals takinga temporary break and open to new opportunities.
• Full-time professionals looking fora flexible freelance role in innovative AI projects.

Ideally candidates for Investment Banker will also meet the below criteria:

• Experience working in global brands like JPMorgan Chase, Citi, Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, UBS, Credit Suisse, Bank of America, Deutsche Bank, HSBC, BNP Paribas, Barclays, Societe Generale etc.
• Experience in Merger & Acquisitions, Capital Markets Advisory, Equity Research, Asset Management.
