We are seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to manage our legal affairs, provide legal guidance, and support the companys business operations. If youre passionate about law and technology, join us in driving our AI initiatives forward.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice on business transactions, contracts, and compliance matters.
  
• Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
• Ensure legal compliance with applicable regulations, including IP, labor laws, and data protection.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in legal counsel or corporate law.
• Expertise in commercial contracts, IP law, and data privacy regulations.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

NOTE: Pay will vary by project and typically is up to Rs. 1200 per hour (if you work an average of 3 hours every day - that could be as high as Rs. 108K per month) once you clear our screening process.
