SQL/ Python(Data) Intern

We are seeking 2-3 motivated and skilled SQL/Python(Data) Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in SQL and Python programming languages, with experience working with data manipulation libraries such as Pandas, visualization tools like Matplotlib, and web application frameworks like Streamlit. Additionally, experience with AI/ML, and LLMs is nice to have.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in collecting, cleaning, and analyzing large datasets using SQL queries and Python scripts.
• Develop data processing pipelines using Pandas to manipulate and transform raw data into actionable insights.
• Create interactive data visualizations using Matplotlib to effectively communicate key findings and trends.
• Collaborate with team members to design and implement Streamlit web applications for data visualization and exploration.
• Document code and processes to ensure reproducibility and facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in data science and technology to continuously improve skills and methodologies.

Requirements:

• 
  Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
• Strong programming skills in Python with experience working with Pandas for data manipulation.
• Familiarity with data visualization techniques and tools, particularly Matplotlib.
• Experience developing interactive web applications using Streamlit is preferred.
• Knowledge of machine learning concepts and experience with ML libraries (e.g., scikit-learn) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication skills to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have:

• Previous experience with machine learning algorithms and frameworks.

Duration and Compensation:

This is a short-term summer internship position with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs. Compensation will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Location:

This position is on-site in Hyderabad. Remote/Hybrid is not supported for this position.
