Job Description
- Handle end-to-end US bookkeeping for multiple clients
- Manage Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable processes.
- Perform Bank, Credit Card & Loan Reconciliations.
- Process and manage US Payroll (weekly/bi-weekly/monthly)
- Prepare and file Sales & Use Tax returns.
- Maintain General Ledger and perform journal entries.
- Prepare Monthly, Quarterly & Year-End financial statements.

- Assist in Finalization of Accounts.
- Coordinate with US clients for accounting queries and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with US accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Work on accounting software like QuickBooks (Online/Desktop), Xero
