Description
Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for maintaining and tracking compliance & certification requirements of Quality Systems in R&D Centre -Quality Management, Food Safety Management and Lab Safety and GLP.
• Carry out Lab activities end-to-end from sampling registration, analysis and results reporting
• To support in assessment & assurance of raw material quality & food safety related Nestle Internal & Regulatory compliances
• Coordinating and maintaining the document management system for R&D Centre.
  

Key Outputs
Quality Assurance

• Ensure & track regulatory & legal compliances for R&D Centre
• Ensure Nestle Management System(Quality) and FSSC 22000 compliance & certifications for R&D center
• Support in risk assessment & evaluation of new raw materials including their compliance as per FSSR & internal Nestle requirements
  

Quality Laboratory

• Performs tasks related to laboratory activities from sample registration, analysis to results reporting as guided by Lab Incharge / Food Safety Manager
• Support in conducting self assessment/verification and internal audits to ensure Lab Safety & GLP systems/compliance
  

Document Management

• Maintain Documentation system for R&D Centre including CAR, Change Management, Standard Compliances and others as applicable.
• Any other job as assigned by the QA & NFSI Manager.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Key Experiences:
The position requires 3-5 years of working experience in the area of quality compliance/ food safety in operation.
Academic Experience
Graduate (B.Tech- Dairy/Oils/ Food) or Post Graduate (Food or Dairy Science/Food or Dairy Technology/Chemistry) or equivalent
Operational Experience
Team member in a factory: Quality, Production Support, Application Group, or,
Team member in the quality department of the Market, PTC/R&D
Business Experience
Experience in successfully implementing quality assurance programs
Participating in project teams
