We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Executive to join our team at Relsus India. The ideal candidate will have 0-2 years of experience in quality assurance within the food industry and hold a B.Sc or M.Sc degree, or a B.Tech in Food Technology. The Quality Assurance Executive will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures.
• Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Conduct routine inspections and audits of production areas and equipment.
• Perform quality control tests on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.

• Document and report any quality issues or non-conformances.
• Assist in the development and implementation of corrective actions.
• Collaborate with production and R&D teams to address quality-related concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of quality assurance activities and results.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and standards such as HACCP, GMP, and ISO 22000, Halal.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Food Technology (B.Sc or M.Sc), or B.Tech in Food Technology.
• 0-2 years of experience in quality assurance within the food industry.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
