Were on the lookout for an HR Ops wizard someone whos organized, tech-savvy, and excited to make HR processes smarter, faster, and cooler. ????
What Youll Be Up To:
????? Compliance & Audits

• Stay on top of Indian labor laws and keep our records spotless
• Run internal audits and coordinate with auditors like a pro. ????
  

????? HRIS & Data Management

• 
  Keep our HR tech systems running smoothly and our data squeaky clean
• Real-time reports No sweat. ????
  

???? Payroll Support

• Work with vendors and finance teams to keep payrolls timely and accurate
• Love optimizing processes So do we!
  

???? Data-Driven Insights

• Dive into dashboards, surveys, and analytics to help us plan better and smarter. ????
  

???? Policies & Improvements

• Refresh, refine, and roll out HR policies and SOPs like a champ. ????
• Ensure policies stay aligned with latest labor laws and best practices through timely reviews and updates. ?

Requirements
Youll Fit Right In If You Have:

• 5+ years of hands-on HR Operations experience (compliance, audits, HRIS, policies)
• Deep love for Indian labor laws and process automation
• Expertise with new-gen HRIS platforms (Darwinbox, Rippling, or similar)
• Analytical brain ???? and a love for HR data and dashboards
• Startup vibes adaptable, quick, and proactive! ????
